Val de Rois driving range

The driving range at Val de Rois, in Rois in the province of A Coruña, is undergoing renovation. For golfers planning to practise or take lessons here, the key distinction is between the planned facility and the temporary arrangements during construction.

The planned driving range

The renovation project provides for a range measuring 260 metres in length and more than 83 metres in width, with 20 hitting bays. These figures describe the proposed layout rather than a completed facility. They set out the scale of the practice area planned for Val de Rois once the renovation is finished.

Practice during the works

A temporary protective net will allow the range ball service and lessons to continue while the work takes place. The arrangements therefore cover both hitting practice and tuition, rather than putting these activities on hold for the renovation.

The project pairs the planned changes to the range with a temporary way to keep those services available during construction.
