Real Aero Club de Vigo Golf School

For families considering golf lessons in Vigo, the Real Aero Club de Vigo golf school offers a children’s programme built around games and age-appropriate exercises. It teaches the fundamentals of golf and introduces pupils to competition through events organised within the school.

Learning through games

The children’s school uses games as a way into golf, alongside exercises adapted to the pupils’ ages. These activities provide the basis for learning the fundamentals of the sport. The emphasis is on teaching children through this combination of play and practice.

An introduction to competition

The school also organises internal championships and tournaments. These give pupils an introduction to competitive golf, complementing the work on fundamentals with opportunities to take part in school competitions.

Planning around the school programme

The course runs for nine months, from October to June, and is divided into three terms. For families considering the programme, those months define the teaching calendar: this is a term-based children’s course at the club in Vigo.
