Central Aura Lounge Restaurant

Central Aura Lounge brings together dining and a close view of equestrian sport at OLIVA NOVA BEACH & GOLF RESORT. Located in Oliva, in the province of Valencia, the restaurant stands beside the competition arena at the Oliva Nova Equestrian Centre.

An equestrian setting

For golfers exploring the resort’s dining options, the setting gives this restaurant a distinct focus beyond the golf course. Its position alongside the equestrian arenas puts the sport close at hand, making the surroundings part of the reason to visit as well as the food.

The competition arena is the key reference point for its location. This is a restaurant whose character is closely tied to the equestrian centre and the opportunity to see the sport at close quarters.

Food and atmosphere

The emphasis is on quality dishes served in generous portions, in a welcoming atmosphere. That combination defines the offer at Central Aura Lounge: substantial food, an inviting setting and close-up views of equestrian sport.
