About The Beach

For golfers planning some time away from the course, The Beach brings a different side of La Reserva Sotogrande into view. This beach club in San Roque, Cádiz, combines a private beach and serviced terraces with water sports and a seasonal children's club.

The beach setting

The private beach covers 2,800 m² and includes a sandy-bottomed lagoon. Serviced terraces are also part of the setting, giving the visit a focus beyond sporting activities.

Ancala and Chiringa are the restaurants in the offering; each has its own entry in the guide. Together with the beach and terraces, they provide other options to consider when planning time at La Reserva Sotogrande.

Time on the water

The sports lagoon offers kayaking, SUP and electric surfing. These are the active options at The Beach, alongside its private beach area: a change of pace for visitors whose trip is centred on golf.

Visiting with children

The children's club welcomes children aged four and over. It opens at Easter and during the high-season months, so families should keep that seasonal calendar in mind when planning their visit.
