Golf Almerimar

Golf Almerimar brings together a 27-hole golf course, an academy and a clubhouse in El Ejido. For golfers considering Spain’s Costa de Almería, those are the main elements of the club’s offering. Its 2026 calendar adds a competitive dimension, with regularity tournaments, junior and senior circuits, and Andalusian competitions all included in the programme.

Where the club fits into your trip

The club is in the municipality of El Ejido, in Almería province, within Andalusia. Its coastal tourism area is the Costa de Almería. These place names provide the geographical context for a visit: El Ejido is the municipality to look for when placing Golf Almerimar within a wider stay in this part of Spain.

For an international visitor, it is useful to keep that distinction in mind. The club’s location is El Ejido, while Almería identifies the province and Costa de Almería the tourism area. Golf Almerimar sits within all three geographical references.

The golf course

The course has 27 holes spread across 802,000 m². That combination of hole count and overall area provides the starting point for understanding the golf facilities, alongside the academy and clubhouse that form the rest of the club’s listed services.

The course is presented here as a whole. Its 27 holes are the central feature of Golf Almerimar, whether your interest is in the club itself or in the competitive programme included in its 2026 calendar.

Academy and clubhouse

Both the golf academy and the clubhouse have their own entries in this guide. This club overview brings them together with the course, while those separate pages focus on the individual facilities.

If golf tuition is part of your interest in the club, the academy is the relevant facility to explore. The clubhouse is covered independently too, keeping the information about each part of Golf Almerimar distinct from this general introduction.

Competition in 2026

The 2026 programme includes regularity tournaments as well as junior and senior circuits. Andalusian competitions also feature in the calendar, bringing a regional element alongside the age-category circuits.

For golfers interested in competitive play, this programme is another part of the club to consider. Together, the course, academy, clubhouse and calendar describe Golf Almerimar’s offering in El Ejido on the Costa de Almería.
