Events at Basozabal

For golfers looking at the competitive side of R.N.C.G.S.S. Basozabal, its events calendar brings together several types of competition. The club, in San Sebastián, Gipuzkoa, includes social, open and junior tournaments in its programme, alongside the Basozabal Senior League and interclub fixtures.

Tournaments on the calendar

Social tournaments are one part of the schedule, but they are not the only category represented. Open tournaments also feature, while junior events give younger golfers a distinct place in the programme.

These three tournament categories provide a useful starting point for understanding the club’s events. A look at Basozabal’s competitive calendar therefore takes in social golf, open tournaments and junior competition rather than a single type of event.

Senior league and interclub fixtures

The Basozabal Senior League is also part of the schedule. Interclub fixtures add meetings between clubs to the programme. Together with the social, open and junior tournaments, these make up a calendar covering tournament golf, senior league competition and interclub play in San Sebastián.
