La Peñaza Golf Academy

For families considering golf in Zaragoza, the academy at Real Club de Golf La Peñaza has a strong focus on children and juniors. Its children's golf school is recognised as a benchmark in Spain, with more than 150 young players attending weekly lessons during the school year. That regular participation is a defining feature of the academy.

A dedicated children's practice area

Opened in 2015, the children's practice area provides a separate space for weekend lessons. It is sheltered from the wind, giving the youngest golfers their own teaching area within the club. The dedicated space and protection from the wind are central features of this part of the academy.

Beyond golf lessons

The club's family facilities also include childcare and football and basketball courts. Experienced staff look after children while their parents enjoy the club. Alongside the academy's weekly teaching programme, these services form part of what La Peñaza offers families, extending the children's activities beyond golf practice itself.
