Golf academy

The golf academy at Real Club de Golf de Castiello offers young golfers a combination of theoretical and practical learning in Gijón, Asturias. Its approach uses innovative teaching techniques, while pupils also have opportunities to gain experience on the course and take part in competitions.

Learning at the academy

For families looking into youth golf in Gijón, the academy’s offer brings together both sides of learning the game. Theory forms part of the programme alongside practical training, rather than being the sole focus of the teaching.

Innovative teaching techniques are a feature of this youth-focused approach. The combination of theory and practice is central to the training offered by the club’s academy.

Course experience and competition

Pupils can gain experience on the golf course as part of their involvement with the academy. They can also participate in local and zonal competitions, adding opportunities to compete to the theoretical and practical sides of their golf education.
