Golf academy

At Pretium Golf – Severiano Ballesteros Lavín – La Junquera, the golf academy provides tuition in Marina de Cudeyo, Cantabria. Its teaching covers both an introduction to golf and the development of different aspects of the game, giving it a role beyond a player's first lessons.

Learning and developing your game

The academy is intended for those starting out as well as golfers who want to continue developing their play. Its focus is on teaching: introducing the game and helping players work on its different elements. For golfers considering tuition in Cantabria, this is the club's dedicated golf school.

The winter school

The winter school runs from October to June, with 90 minutes of tuition each week. Those dates define the winter programme, providing a weekly structure for learning across the months it covers.

Academy leadership

Fran Laínz leads the academy. He is a professional golfer and a sports coach recognised by the PGA AA, directing the school's teaching for beginners and for players developing their game.
