About Wellness and fitness
For golfers planning time away from the course, Fontanals Golf Club has a wellness and fitness centre in Fontanals de Cerdanya, Girona. Its health-focused wellness offering is provided in collaboration with DiR. The facilities bring together swimming, a water area and a choice of racket sports within the club.
Swimming and the water area
The indoor pool is heated and measures 25 metres. There is also an outdoor pool, available in summer, so the swimming facilities include a seasonal outdoor option as well as the heated indoor pool.
The water area includes a sauna and Turkish bath, with unlimited access. Together with the pools, these form the water-based side of the centre’s wellness offering.
Padel and tennis
There are five padel courts and one quick-surface tennis court. All six courts have lighting, whether you choose padel or tennis.
For a stay centred on golf, the centre offers other activities to consider alongside your rounds: racket sports, swimming and time in the sauna or Turkish bath.
