Driving range

For golfers visiting Fontanals de Cerdanya in Girona, the practice facilities at Fontanals Golf Club offer space to work on different types of shot. The practice area covers more than 80,000 m² and brings together a driving range and three practice holes. It provides two distinct ways to spend a session: hitting from a range bay and working through holes of different pars.

Range bays and cover from the rain

The driving range has 70 hitting bays, including 25 covered bays for practice when it rains. The covered section is worth knowing about if wet weather arrives during your visit. For a session focused on repeating a particular shot, the range provides the fixed-bay part of the club’s practice facilities.

Practice holes by the clubhouse

The three practice holes are beside the clubhouse: two par 3s and a par 4. They complement the driving range, adding a different format to a practice session. Together, the range and holes give golfers the option to vary their practice rather than spend the whole session hitting from one spot.
